Joplimo Mattress - Product
Warranty
Satisfaction Guarantee
Before you get completely tucked in for your first night’s rest, please take
the time to review the bedding care and expectations illustrated within this
section of our website. There are just a few important things you should
know about so that you can enjoy your new sleep set for many years to come,
and this section of our website describes them within.
If we missed any details that you would like to know about, please call one
of our sleep specialists at your local Joplimo Mattress store and we will be
glad to help. Although no problem is expected, please keep your warranty
brochure and your original bill of sale if a problem ever arises. We
recommend storing them together between your mattress and foundation so that
they are easy to find several years down the road. Report any warranty
claims to our customer care department as soon as possible so that we can
guide you quickly through the warranty process to ensure your continued
satisfaction.
Length of Warranty
The warranty provides coverage for your mattress from the date of purchase.
Once used, the warranty period is not extended or renewed. While the
majority of our mattresses come with a full 10 or 15 year warranty, our
warranty will range from one year to a Lifetime depending on the model.
Warranty Conditions
Although no problems are expected, we warranty against manufacturing defects
in materials and workmanship. All warranty claims should be handled through
Southerland Bedding. Notice of such defects, date and proof (bill of sale)
of purchase, as well as law tag should be provided when making an initial
claim.
If such notice is received during the term of this warranty, with our
approval, the defect will be repaired or replaced without charge. The owner
shall be responsible for the freight, handling and redelivery of the
repaired or replaced item. Your local Joplimo Mattress store assumes
no responsibility for any charges incurred by the consumer requiring or
requesting an in-home inspection to validate their claim of product failure.
If identical materials are not available, the manufacturer reserves the
right to substitute materials of equal quality. Failure to comply with the
rules of care as outlined in this pamphlet may result in damage or abuse and
consequent loss of warranty privilege. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may have other rights which vary state to state.
The customer is responsible for any transportation costs in the event of a
warranty repair or replacement.
Bedding Care
To qualify for service under this limited warranty, the mattress and
foundation, with the exception of the defect to be remedied, must be in good
condition and not otherwise damaged or abused. Bedding with fabric stains,
soiling, or burns negate the warranty. You can help preserve warranty rights
on your new mattress by practicing the care nstructions.
