Guarantee

Joplimo
Mattress™ offers a 100-day comfort guarantee on any new mattress or
mattress set. At any time within the 30th to 100th day of the
purchase of your new mattress or mattress set you are not completely
happy, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments needed to make you
more comfortable. Minor adjustments can be made by exchanging the
comfort layers of your mattress to make your mattress firmer or softer,
while a major adjustment can be made by exchanging your mattress for a
completely different model. Minor adjustments can be made at any
time throughout the duration of the product warranty provided that the
customer allow at least 30 days between adjustments.
Transportation of any comfort adjustments or exchanges is the sole
responsibility of the customer.
To qualify for our comfort guarantee, your mattress must be in like-new
condition and it is recommended a mattress protector is
purchased. Also, it is suggested that the mattress be purchased
with the recommended pillow to ensure proper alignment and overall
comfort.
Limit one comfort exchange per customer. All comfort exchanges
must be for mattresses or sets of equal or greater value. The customer
is responsible for paying the difference between the regular everyday
price of the new merchandise and the regular everyday price of the
original merchandise plus any redelivery fees and all applicable taxes.
Note: Law tags must be attached and merchandise must be clean, free of tears, burns
and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an
adjustment/exchange. Comfort Guarantee applies to mattresses only and
excludes motorized beds, pillows, mattress protectors, metal bed
frames, sheets, special orders and clearance merchandise. Since
it is expected that it can take time to adjust to the comfort of a new
mattress, we ask that any requests for comfort adjustment/exchange be
after the first 30 days of ownership to eliminate the adjustment period
as the source of discomfort.
No refunds will be issued on open merchandise or on special/custom
orders. All other refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation
fee.
